We Have a Wide Range of Machinery and Equipment.

On straight flat sheets of glass with thicknesses ranging from 4 to 20 mm, we can use a numeric control six-axis drilling machine made for generating holes, notches, chamfering, and polished or unpolished apertures of any kind. Six interpolated axes—X, XG, Y, V, Z and W—along with two electro spindles set up in opposition to one another form the machine’s dead-centre drilling mechanism.

With the use of our Skill Glass machine, we can create various kinds of shower door hinge cut-outs and L-cut-outs, as well as any railing parts that require holes or notches.

Computer numerical control machines have revolutionized the way holes are drilled, notches are made, and special cuts are created in the glass industry.

Our machines use advanced technology to achieve precise and intricate glasswork, providing a range of capabilities that would be challenging or impossible to achieve manually. CNC machines are known for their precision and accuracy. They use motors and linear guides to control the movement of the cutting tool with incredible precision. The machines can be programmed to perform multiple operations sequentially, allowing for efficient production and minimizing human intervention. This automation reduces the potential for errors and increases overall productivity.
