The angles of miter can be anywhere from 0-45º with polished edges to give your neo-angle showers the accurate angles required. In addition, the finished edge is of the highest quality, thanks to the absence of motor vibration.
To ensure that the glass remains free from lines or defects after tempering, several key factors must be considered during the glass washing process:
Glass sheets must undergo a thorough cleaning process to remove any dust, dirt, oils, or residues from previous manufacturing steps. This typically involves multiple stages, including pre-washing, scrubbing, rinsing, and drying. High-pressure jets, brushes, and chemical detergents are often used to achieve a pristine surface.
Quality control measures, including visual inspections and automated systems, are employed to detect any remaining contaminants or defects on the glass surface. Any imperfect sheets should be rejected or sent for reprocessing.
The quality of water used in the washing process is critical. Deionized or purified water is often preferred to prevent the introduction of mineral deposits or impurities that could adhere to the glass surface.
