The Straight-line edging machine ELB102 has been designed for the grinding of flat glass panes. The machine has been equipped with all the technical strategies to ensure extremely fine polished edges.

- Edge Seaming: After grinding, the glass edges may undergo seaming. Seaming is the process of slightly beveling the sharp edges to create a smooth, safe, and aesthetically pleasing finish. - Edge Polishing: Edge polishing is performed to achieve a high-gloss, mirror-like finish on the glass edges. It is commonly used for decorative glass applications such as tabletops, shelves, and glass doors. The polishing process often involves the use of diamond-impregnated polishing wheels or belts. Water or a polishing compound is applied to the edge during polishing to lubricate and cool the process, reducing heat and preventing glass breakage.
- Mitering and Beveling: Glass sheets can be mitered or beveled at the edges to create custom shapes or decorative designs. Mitering involves cutting the edges of the glass at an angle to create a neat joint when two pieces of glass are joined together at a corner.
