Numerical control cutting table with 3 controlled axes for straight and shaped cutting of sheets of monolithic and special glass. Excellent vinyl cutting quality. Optical reader for single step shape learning and automatic regeneration with instant cutting. Detection of sheet origins without mechanical stops, both for cutting and trimming, with reduction of cycle times. The cutting table also has scanning options to cut various types of shapes for unique templates.
The machine can process any type of glass (printed, sanded, frosted) and vinyl on glass. The cutting method is always the same: using the wheel, the cutting head applies pressure on the glass; the wheel etches the glass and then the cut is performed.
Before the cutting process begins, our team takes precise measurements and creates digital designs of the glass pieces required for the project.
These digital designs are then imported into the optimization software, which analyzes them to determine the optimal cutting plan.
