Everything under one roof
Our 20,000 sq ft Woodbridge facility handles cutting, CNC machining, polishing and tempering in-house, so one team is responsible for your glass from raw sheet to finished piece.
Modern equipment
We work with automatic cutting equipment, CNC machining centres, a glass polishing machine, glass washing machines and a Glaston tempering furnace that handles glass from 4 mm to 19 mm. See our facility and technology pages for the details.
Inspection before delivery
Before any product leaves our facility, it goes through a quality assurance process. We inspect each item to make sure it meets our quality standards and is ready for safe delivery. Any issues are addressed promptly to prevent last-minute surprises.
Tolerances and testing
We work to the size tolerances shown on our tolerances page. Our 6, 10 and 12 mm tempered glass has passed impact testing to CAN/CGSB-12.1-2017 at an independent accredited laboratory.

We publish what we can and cannot make, including sizes, thicknesses, edge types and hole limits, on our glass fabrication page, so there are no surprises after you order.
